Dear Friends

Ever so often, I get tempted to complain about people who don’t support my endeavors – those who call on me to uplift and encourage them, but go dead silent when I mention my goals. Or flat-out ignore me.

But I shift those thoughts to GRATITUDE – for the friends and associates who ARE there, reading, commenting, responding, cheering – or simply being a phone call or text message away.

I salute you and I appreciate you.

Actions speak louder than words anyway, so it’s best to inspire through your life work.

I’ll keep sharing and growing – transforming – moving toward my potential and letting this little light of mine shine. Yes!

Count your blessings and Go Be Great!

  3. Wow! I’m flattered. Please know that FB is one of the best things in my life. I LOVE having contact with old as well as new friends. I’m so happy to be able to have you as part of my life via this avenue. I’m so proud of you, the woman and mother you have become and all the things you bring to my life through your blog, postings and especially our personal conversations. If people ask me about my most troubling time in life, it was no doubt the years I spent in Schuyler. My dad had died in 7th grade, the kids there made fun of me and I was soo miserable and unhappy. My good memories revolve around the friendships I made there and the people who were nice to me, you, Tarisai, Nadine and a few teachers who encouraged and inspired me. Thank you for being a friend. I admire you!
